Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).  We offer standard Rs 200 Shipping rates and Free Shipping above Rs 5000.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a notification via email & whats app. 

Order Confirmation for High-Value Orders:

 If a customer places an order valued at Rs. 10,000 or more for the very first time, we may require a payment of a certain percentage of the total order amount as a confirmation before dispatching the order. This is to ensure the order will be received and to prevent fraudulent or abandoned orders.

However, if the customer has a proven order history with successfully paid and received orders, we may proceed with dispatching high-value orders (Rs. 10,000 or more) without requiring an advance payment.

Returns & Exchanges:

Exchange will be made within 7 days. (If the product received is not identical to the product ordered on the website )

Colors may vary upon delivery of your merchandise. (Unless you have paid extra for the desired color) colors are not covered under any Exchange or Refund Policy.
